Häagen-Dazs™ Club adheres to the spirit of continuous improvement. The existing membership system will have an innovation in April 2015 and the brand-new membership system, mechanism and members’ privilege will provide you a faster, more convenient and comprehensive service. The new membership system and the detailed members’ privilege will be notified again later. You will experience more optimized membership system and enjoy more preferential treatment.

Therefore, the current membership scheme and bonus point(s) will be automatically cancelled after March 31st 2015 and will be recalculated from April 1st 2015 under the new membership mechanics. You are sincerely invited to fill in the attached Gift Redemption Form and send e-mail to or fax to 2956 0738 on or before March 31st 2015 so that we can follow up with your bonus point(s) as soon as possible. All gifts will be sent out on or before May 31st 2015 by the registered mailing address.

Terms & Conditions:

  1. 1. The existing membership bonus point(s) will be cut off on 31st March 2015, and start from April 1st 2015, all points will start from zero under the new scheme. The remaining balance (before 31st March 2015) of valid bonus point will be automatically redeemed as a single scoop voucher. The bonus points are subject to redeem as single scoop voucher without prior notice.
  2. 2. If the remaining valid bonus points are under 400 points (From 1 to 399 points) as at March 31st 2015, the member is entitled to redeem a single scoop voucher.
  3. 3. Once redemption request & details are submitted, no cancellation or alternation will be made. Bonus points will be deducted from member’s record accordingly.
  4. 4. No cross bonus point usage allowed.
  5. 5. General Mills Hong Kong Ltd. reserves the rights of final decision in case of dispute.
